In-Home Pet Euthanasia In Tumwater, WA

Peaceful Goodbyes for Pets is an in-home pet euthanasia service. End-of-life care and euthanasia is such a hard time. Dr. Tyler understands this and wants to help your family manage it as easily as possible. Our pets are such a gift, it’s an honor to love them and give them the altruistic gift of no longer suffering.

The Euthanasia Process

Once in your home, Dr. Tyler will go over the process and answer any questions you may have about euthanasia or cremation services. Here is a brief description: Sedatives are given to relieve any pain your pet may be in while we are there and provide ease and sleep. After your pet is relaxed and comfortable, you and your family let us know when you’re ready for the final medication to be administered.

The Aftercare Process

Aftercare of your pet can include your own home burial (please check to make sure burial will not adversely affect your ground water sources) or a cremation.

Cremation services are provided through West Coast Pet Memorial. You may choose between two options:

  • Communal: ashes are not returned to the owner. The ashes of your beloved pet are spread in a mountain reserve.
  • Private: ashes are returned to owners within 3-4 weeks. Your pet will be returned in an urn of your choice and a claw paw print at your request.
